The warm welcome from the staff made me feel at home, and special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who ensured my comfort throughout my stay. However, there were some minor service issues that could have been improved, particularly during busy times. Overall, it's a fantastic place to relax and explore the city.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially making arrangements for my baby when he was crying.
